The OSC - How to get there:

The Ontario Sciene Centre is at the 770 Don Mills Road (at the corner of Eglinton Avenue East). When you want to travel with the TTC (the Toronto public transit system) you take the subway to the "Egliton Station" and the you take the Busline 34+ ,100 or 25+ to the Science Centre.
